Organoids

Organoids Services

Our organoid platform provides our clients with powerful, physiologically relevant models to advance discovery and therapeutic development. For both normal and tumor tissues, our team can establish organoids from our proprietary biobank or client- supplied samples.

We specialize in culturing tumor organoids derived from dissociated tumor cells (DTCs) and circulating tumor cells (CTCs) isolated from whole blood or frozen PBMC samples. In addition, our integration of organ-on-chip technology enables more predictive models for drug screening, disease modeling, and mechanistic studies.

Our Organoid Capabilities

We offer comprehensive organoid services to support drug discovery and development. Our capabilities include:

  • Organoid establishment for normal and tumor tissues derived from our proprietary biobank or client-supplied samples
  • Access to clinical blood samples through our hospital partnership – our collaboration enables us to request blood samples from patients with specific cancer types, providing a unique source of circulating tumor cells for our platform
  • Established Cancer Organoid lines derived from dissociated tumor cells (DTC) and circulating tumor cells (CTC)
  • Integration with organ-on-the-chip technology
  • High throughput drug screening and therapeutic evaluation

Our Organoid Workflow

Study Design and Project Setup

Collaborate with clients to define assay objects, platform, and performance criteria

Sample Acquisition & Processing

Samples are obtained from clients, our proprietary biobank, or through our hospital partnership, which enables access to specific cancer blood samples for CTC work

Organoid Establishment & Expansion

Our team cultures organoids from the requested sample type, optimizing conditions for CTCs, DTCs, or normal tissue depending on the study

Characterization and Validation

Established organoids are characterized using
immunostaining and/or flow cytometry, nsuring suitability for downstream analysis

Assay Development, Screening, and Data Delivery

Organoids are integrated into customized assays or organ-on-the-chip systems for drug screening and other studies. Results are delivered with comprehensive analyses and follow-up consultations to help interpret indings and guide next steps
